These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the crickxx platform. By accessing or using any part of the crickxx website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

18+ Age Requirement
crickxx is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is required at registration and may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately and all funds returned.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers on crickxx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are charged. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on crickxx. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by crickxx are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
No Fraudulent Activity
Fraudulent activity — including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, collusion, bonus abuse, and any form of cheating — is strictly prohibited. crickxx reserves the right to void bets, withhold funds, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Every crickxx account includes access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools to ensure that their gambling activity remains recreational and within their means.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the crickxx website, creating a player account, or using any service offered through the crickxx platform — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the crickxx Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or products, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and crickxx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the crickxx platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the crickxx platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.
These Terms are written in English and are governed by the principles of fair dealing applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Where any translation of these Terms is made available for reference purposes, the English version shall always take precedence in the event of any ambiguity or conflict.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The crickxx platform is intended exclusively for use by adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, access any game or betting market, make a deposit, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on crickxx. This age restriction applies without exception to all players regardless of the type of activity they wish to engage in on the platform.
By creating an account, you warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout your use of the platform.
- You are accessing crickxx from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is permitted for individuals of your age.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a professional player, employee, contractor, or affiliate of crickxx or any of its technology or game supply partners.
- You have not previously been excluded from the crickxx platform or from any other gambling platform where such exclusion is still in effect.
crickxx reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate by the platform's compliance team. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, crickxx may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay at its discretion.
If crickxx determines at any point that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent time, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full. crickxx accepts no liability for underage access to the platform where false information was provided during registration.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of crickxx services, you must register a personal player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current; failure to maintain accurate account details may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.
One Account Policy
Each individual person may hold a maximum of one registered account on crickxx at any one time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, crickxx reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balances pending full investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickxx account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. crickxx will never ask you to provide your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support@crickxx immediately.
crickxx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account using your registered Bangladesh mobile number or a compatible authenticator application. All login activity and account changes are logged and monitored for suspicious behaviour. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team without delay.
Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, crickxx may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification documents at any stage. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal above the threshold set by the platform's compliance team. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladeshi national ID (NID) card, passport, recent utility bill, or bank statement. The platform aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on crickxx — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals by verified crickxx account holders:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on crickxx is ৳200. Deposits are processed in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — crickxx does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances. Third-party deposits will be returned to the originating account and may trigger a compliance review.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. crickxx aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval by the finance team, with mobile financial service withdrawals typically completing faster than bank transfers. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
crickxx reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or where the account's KYC documentation is incomplete or has expired. In all such cases, the support team will contact the account holder by email to explain the hold and request any additional information required to resolve it.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
crickxx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.
- Bonuses are available exclusively to registered crickxx players who have completed the account registration process. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded from the platform.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement specified in the individual offer terms before they may be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement on crickxx bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the individual bonus offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the end of the validity period will be forfeited.
- Certain games may contribute less than 100% towards meeting a wagering requirement. The contribution rate for each game type is specified in the individual offer terms. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific jackpot slots may have reduced contribution rates.
- crickxx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any wagering already completed towards the requirement will be credited proportionally at the time of cancellation.
Systematic exploitation of crickxx bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay engagement — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for the voiding of bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and account closure at the discretion of crickxx's compliance team.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on crickxx, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action where warranted:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point including during KYC verification.
- Accessing the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing any person under the age of 18 to access the platform using your account credentials.
- Operating more than one registered account on crickxx, whether in your own name or under any alias, pseudonym, or third-party identity.
- Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the crickxx platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms, including automated betting, scraping of odds data, or systematic advantage play not arising from fair gameplay.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market available on crickxx.
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against deposits that were legitimately processed by crickxx.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any crickxx game or system to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued as a result of a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be voided.
- Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the crickxx platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing crickxx staff members or other players through the platform's communication channels.
crickxx employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the platform may act immediately — including freezing account access pending investigation — without prior notice to the account holder.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on the crickxx platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, software code, and database structures — is the intellectual property of crickxx or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the crickxx platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any crickxx content without prior written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any crickxx software or game.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on the crickxx platform.
- Use the crickxx name, logo, or branding in any commercial context, marketing material, or third-party communication without express written consent from crickxx.
Game content available on the crickxx platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. These studios retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles. Any reproduction or redistribution of licensed game content is a breach of both these Terms and the applicable third-party studio licence agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
The crickxx platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While crickxx makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond crickxx's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crickxx shall not be liable to you for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the crickxx platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even where crickxx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the crickxx platform, including odds data, game statistics, or promotional materials.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the crickxx platform for reasons within or outside crickxx's control.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit crickxx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or crickxx may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. You may request account closure by contacting the support team at support@crickxx. Before processing a voluntary closure request, crickxx will verify the account holder's identity and confirm that any pending withdrawal requests have been fully processed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
crickxx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary terms applicable to a specific product or promotion.
- Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a request from the compliance team.
- Determination that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.
- A formal request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, crickxx will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome to the account holder within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, full account access and any withheld funds will be restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and any applicable funds dealt with in accordance with the findings of the investigation.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the crickxx platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion through their account dashboard or by contacting support@crickxx. Self-exclusion closes account access for the chosen period and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. 10. Amendments to These Terms
crickxx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — crickxx will provide advance notice by email to your registered account address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage for a minimum of 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not change their substantive meaning, or updates required to reflect changes in platform features — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of the crickxx platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9 above.
